2. Services offered

Ichinichi Ippo Consulting offers personal and professional support services for individuals and professionals.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • individual coaching sessions

  • personalized support pathways

  • interventions or support provided to professionals

Services are primarily provided remotely, notably via videoconference.

In-person sessions can also be offered upon request, depending on availability and terms agreed with the client.

The content, duration, terms and prices of the services are presented to the client before any booking or commitment.

3. Booking and commitment

Appointments are booked according to the availability offered by Ichinichi Ippo Consulting.

A booking of a service by a private client is confirmed after acceptance of the applicable conditions and receipt of payment when this is planned before the session.

For business clients, the terms of collaboration can be defined in a quote, a commercial proposal or any other contractual document accepted by the parties.

4. Prices and payment terms

The applicable rates are those indicated on the website or communicated to the customer before booking.

Payment is made according to the terms specified during the ordering process:

  • online payment

  • bank transfer

  • or any other means accepted by Ichinichi Ippo Consulting

For business customers, payment terms can be specified in the quote or commercial proposal.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments

Any request for cancellation or postponement must be made as soon as possible.

Any cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the full charge for the session.

The corresponding amount is non-refundable.

Ichinichi Ippo Consulting reserves the right, on an exceptional basis and depending on the circumstances, to offer a postponement or a credit note.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.

When the customer wishes the performance of the service to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, they must make an express request.

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal after requesting the commencement of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, they remain liable for the amount corresponding to the services actually performed up to the date of their withdrawal.

When the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

This provision applies subject to the customer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal, under the conditions provided by law.

The right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply to professional clients, subject to any specific legal provisions that may apply.

A standard withdrawal form is provided to the customer as an appendix to these general terms and conditions of sale.

7. Support pathway

The support programs include several sessions depending on the chosen option.
The number of sessions, their duration, their price and the payment terms are specified to the client before booking.
The sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement according to the respective availability of the client and Ichinichi Ippo Consulting.

8. Nature and limits of support

The services offered fall under the category of support in personal and professional development.

They do not constitute:

  • medical monitoring

  • psychological support or therapy

  • legal advice

  • financial advice

The client remains fully responsible for their decisions, choices, and actions taken following the support provided.

9. Confidentiality

The exchanges that take place within the framework of the support are confidential.

Ichinichi Ippo Consulting undertakes not to disclose personal information communicated by the client during sessions, except where legally required.

10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with the regulations applicable to individual consumers, in the event of a dispute not resolved after a prior written complaint addressed to Ichinichi Ippo Consulting , the consumer client may, free of charge, resort to the consumer mediator to whom Ichinichi Ippo Consulting is subject.

This provision does not apply to business customers acting within the scope of their business activities.

11. Personal data

The personal data collected in connection with bookings and services is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

12. VAT and entry into force

Prices are listed in euros.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the General Tax Code.

These general terms and conditions of sale are applicable from August 12, 2026 and may be modified to take into account legal developments or the activity of Ichinichi Ippo Consulting.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of these general terms and conditions of sale, the parties shall endeavor to seek an amicable solution beforehand.

For consumer clients, the legal rules relating to the jurisdiction of the courts remain applicable.

The consumer client may also use the consumer mediation system under the conditions set out in Article 10.
