Who I am
For more than twenty years, I have worked in demanding international environments, in contact with multicultural leaders and teams.
I learned rigor, a sense of responsibility, and the importance of long-term reliability there.

However, the most significant lessons were not where I expected them to be.
Over the years, I have observed that it is not always the decisions themselves that make the difference, but the way in which they are carried and embodied.
This realization gradually led me to question my choices, my stance, and what truly mattered to me.
In 2023, an unexpected encounter in Japan helped to put words to an intuition that had been present for some time.
I rediscovered a culture based on patience, precision and respect for rhythm, reinforcing a conviction that now informs my coaching: what is right rarely appears in haste.
What motivates me
The quality of a relationship can shape a trajectory.
A word can soothe... or weaken.
The key lies in how you connect with others.
Sometimes, distinguishing between what is essential and what is secondary becomes necessary.
From this journey was born Ichinichi Ippo: moving forward with precision, one step after another.
